We’re hiring for a Part-time Real Estate Marketing VA for one of our clients. They are a highly regarded residential real estate group operating in Minneapolis. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to all their clients. They have a steady track record of long-term client relationships and strong testimonials, showcasing their growing presence in the state.
The ideal candidate should be creative with a strong grasp of the US real estate market. This person should enjoy both creative and administrative work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable managing multiple projects at once. A self-starter attitude, clear communication, and reliability are the key qualities for this position.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement the annual marketing plan and ensure timely execution of all campaigns
Coordinate and design monthly e-newsletters and digital marketing materials
Manage social media scheduling and posting, with support from the social-media team for editing and content preparation
Implement the testimonial-request campaign to gather and promote client feedback
Assist with marketing for new listings, including basic design, ordering print materials, and running reverse-prospecting campaigns
Create promotional materials for events and special campaigns
Maintain and update the company website, coordinating with the Brivity team as needed
Support the creation of listing collateral, event promotions, and other branded materials using Canva or similar tools
Participate in daily morning huddles and then work independently on assigned marketing projects
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of solid experience in real estate marketing or a similar role
Strong understanding of social-media platforms and email-marketing tools
Proficiency with Canva or other graphic-design tools for basic layout and branding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Creative mindset with an eye for consistent branding and design
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Prior experience working with real-estate platforms (such as Brivity) is a plus

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 10 AM CT
Rate: $5.85/hour
