Core Responsibilities (EA Base)

  • Manage executive inbox and correspondence
  • Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments
  • Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings
  • Organize files, documents, and data for easy access
  • Book travel and manage itineraries
  • Conduct light research to support decision-making

Real Estate Emphasis Responsibilities

  • Manage MLS listings and property data entry
  • Coordinate transaction timelines and communication
  • Schedule showings, open houses, and vendor appointments
  • Create flyers, listing presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Post properties online and on social media
  • Handle client communication and follow-up
  • Research comps, market data, and neighborhood insights


Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of real estate admin or transaction coordination experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with agents, brokers, and clients
  • Highly organized, consistent, and proactive in managing property timelines and marketing tasks
  • Problem-solver with attention to detail — ensures contracts, data, and tasks are handled accurately
