Salary: $3'500.000 COP | 840 USD
Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM (Vancouver)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize real estate documents/contracts with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with MLS listing uploads, feature sheets, brochures, presentations, and transaction checklists
- Maintain accurate client files and transaction records
- Provide professional client support via email and phone (occasionally)
- Manage marketing tasks including social media scheduling, newsletters, and online ads
- Use Canva to design polished marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social posts)
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to draft marketing copy, captions, and content ideas
- Keep systems organized: CRM updates, email templates, client follow-up, and database Management
- Very familiar with CRM systems (ideal if familiar with Sierra CRM)
- Manage and organize company Google Drive
Requirements:
- An awesome attitude with a willingness to work hard, learn, and grow, paired with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in real estate administration
- Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and comfort with AI tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs
- English level C1+
