Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced real estate team. This role is crucial for lead generation and pipeline management, and requires a professional with exceptional communication skills and a fearless approach to outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggressive Cold Calling : Execute high-volume outbound calls daily to potential clients using provided scripts and proprietary data. The primary goal is to qualify leads and generate interest in our real estate services.
  
• Expert Appointment Setting: Skillfully overcome objections and effectively transition qualified prospects into scheduled appointments for our licensed agents. Accurately record all appointment details and ensure seamless handoff to the sales team.
• Database Management (CRM): Meticulously update and maintain prospect information, call logs, and lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with warm leads in a timely manner through calls, text, and email to maintain engagement and secure future appointments.

• Performance Tracking: Report on daily and weekly call metrics, conversion rates, and appointment success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
• A results-oriented and resilient mindset; comfortable with rejection and persistent in achieving calling goals.
• High level of proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools (Zoom, etc.).
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a noise-canceling headset.
