- Mondays to Thursdays, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 40 hours per week

You'll become the backbone of a thriving property portfolio, ensuring seamless operations across over 1,000 properties. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative expertise and real estate specialization, where your attention to detail directly impacts tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You'll work with established systems while having the opportunity to optimize processes and contribute to the company's continued growth in the competitive UK property market.
Responsibilities:
- Process selective licensing applications with local councils to ensure property compliance
- Manage annual gas certificate renewals and 5-year electrical certificate cycles across the entire portfolio
- Create and maintain proactive tracking systems to stay ahead of compliance deadlines
- Coordinate utility meter upgrades to smart meters for newly acquired properties
- Handle after-hours emergency tenant calls and coordinate immediate contractor response
- Maintain detailed emergency call logs and follow-up documentation
- Liaise with gas engineers, electricians, and utility providers for scheduled services
- Develop spreadsheet systems for certificate tracking and deadline management
- Support property acquisition administrative processes
- Provide general property management administrative support as needed
- If possible to have flexibility for after-hours emergency coverage, there will be additional Bonification.
Requirements
Proven Experience in real estate industry, preferably as property manager, assistant, or administrative role
Strong understanding of UK property regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Professional communication skills for coordinating with tenants, contractors, and service providers
Proficiency with spreadsheet software and property management systems
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Bonus if you have experience with selective licensing processes
It helps if you're comfortable with emergency response protocols and after-hours availability
