We are looking to hire a talented, experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to work with our client. As part of the role, you will be supporting various real estate operations, including social media management, transaction coordination, customer calls.
Key responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and property showings
Handle lead follow-ups, client communications, and database updates
Upload and manage MLS listings and property details
Create engaging marketing materials, flyers, and social media content
Coordinate real estate transactions and ensure all deadlines are met
Conduct online research and maintain accurate property records
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Real Estate VA or in a similar role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with real estate tools (MLS, CRM, Canva, Google Workspace, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
